Stationary IP communication centre, designed as a desktop unit with 7" touch-display for service stations in nursing homes, incl. Handheld device for discrete voice communication and full-duplex hands-free function incl. optimized echo compensation. Operation is intuitive via the user-friendly user interface to support the daily care procedures in nursing homes. Robust touch display with high colour brilliance and good readability in different environmental parameters (brightness, distance). User-compliant display and design of runtime-critical and relevant data and process sequences for user groups such as nurses, medical services to reduce travel times, optimize productivity and efficient information flow to handle upcoming events.
Includes the connection technology/cable for providing the required call system/control functions in the service room according to DIN VDE 0834. Serves as a control unit for additional functions in the respective room and as a gateway to the superior central unit (Ethernet LAN and / or data bus). Value-added services are routed to the stationary IP communication center via the ETH-LAN interface.

Use of RFID technology/PIN code for audit-proof authentication / time-accurate registration of processes and for access control in accordance with GDPR requirements, depending on the requirement in care facilities.
Display of system messages when presence is set (alarms, calls and presence etc.) with the highest priority in color, prioritized order, also displaying the time, date, system time. Acoustic call forwarding in case of preset presence as well as possibility to trigger further calls / escalations. Support of workflow-relevant processes by displaying and selecting / deselecting services (interconnections), for extended call forwarding and escalation to further stations. One-touch call communication for querying calls or responding to presences in free intercom (Full-Duplex) or in discrete mode, switching between modes possible. Announcement function (send/receive) via IP communication / bus technology as well as connection with VoIP/SIP interface (ETH, WIFI), for communication via the telecommunications system. Extension with telephony client (SIP) for service stations and function rooms. Use of RFID technology for authentication at the touch terminal for access to the office room functions: this enables efficient design of workflows to support the daily care processes in a suitable way.
Security: Monitoring/synchronization of all data traffic as well as audio connections (calls, announcements) to other rooms within the organizational unit, coordination of communication with the central units and other IP users via IP interface (ETH-LAN, WIFI). The configuration data of a room is managed via the management server and stored locally:
